Challenge rules 

1.

Prologue SS

Completed in 2025

Competitors can switch between Driver and Co-Driver at any time.  (Including TWILIGHT ZONE)

2. 

The TWILIGHT ZONE is a race where teams must pass through checkpoints (CP) within 24 hours to  the finish line.

3. 

CP must be passed in numerical order.

4. 

The direction of travel at a CP is indicated by yellow tape on the right and pink tape on the left.

5. 

Teams have 30 minutes to challenge each CP.

6. 

After all cars have passed a CP, teams proceed to the next CP in that order.

7. 

The leading team that has passed a CP will start a 30-minute countdown on the time counter when heading to the next CP, but the time spent moving to the CP is also included in the 30 minutes.

8. 

The time limit is managed by the team; if the time limit is exceeded, the challenge will be suspended and teams will follow the instructions of the chief manager.

9. 

Teams that cannot pass a CP within the time limit will line up at the waiting at last position.

10. 

Teams attempting the challenge will start the countdown and begin the challenge.  

11.

In the first challenge, borrowing or lending equipment is not permitted.

In the second challenge, this is permitted, and all participants cooperate do the assist.

12.

Second challenge, all teams cooperate to assist each other in passing the checkpoints, but teams must follow the instructions of the chief manager.

13.

Teams may optionally yield their turn to the next team at each checkpoint.

14.

Each team may switch drivers and co-drivers at any time.

In this case, they must check to the chief manager and a seatbelt.

15.

Breaks can be taken at any time at the team's discretion, but the overall time schedule must be followed.

16.

The top 3 teams will be awarded based on the order in which they finish. Alternatively, the rankings will be determined after 24 hours.

The top 3 teams will earn the right to compete in the Grand Finals.

Participation is optional, and participants are responsible for their own expenses.

In case of withdrawal, the right will be passed on to past champions or those who wish to participate.

17.

The event may be canceled or postponed in the event of an emergency, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, we will notify you via our website or email.

Participants agree not to raise any objections under any circumstances.

Regarding refunds:

In all cases, refunds will be made to the designated bank account after deducting processing fees.

18.

Participants are prohibited from drinking alcohol during the challenge, ignoring or interfering with organizing instructions, or engaging in defamation. Anyone found to be behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave, and they must comply with that instruction.  This may result in claims for damages.

19.

Participants may declare and leave the premises for any reason. No refunds will be given in this case.

20.

Participants must wear safety equipment and take precautions for self-protection or accident prevention.

21. 

Temporary storage is possible only if the challenge vehicle experiences a malfunction and becomes inoperable; however, due to security concerns, this is at the participant's own risk.

All participants must have the necessary insurance coverage.

23.

All participants must provide the organizing committee with a contactable emergency contact number.

24.

"All participants" agree that the organizing body will not be held responsible for any accidents and will not raise any objections or file any lawsuits.

チャレンジルール

1.

プロローグSS

2025年完了

チャレンジ中はいつでもドライバーとコ・ドライバーを交代できます。（トワイライトゾーンを含む）

2.

トワイライトゾーンは、チームが24時間以内にチェックポイント（CP）を通過してゴールを目指すレースです。

3.

CPは番号順に通過しなければなりません。

4.

CPにおける進行方向は、右側の黄色いテープと左側のピンクのテープで示されます。

5.

各CPでのチャレンジ時間は30分です。

6.

すべての車両がCPを通過した後、チームは通過順に次のCPへ向かいます。

7.

CPを通過した先頭チームは、次のCPへ向かう際にタイムカウンターの30分カウントダウンを開始しますが、CPまでの移動時間も30分に含まれます。 

8.

制限時間は各チームが管理します。制限時間を超過した場合、チャレンジは中断され、チームはチーフマネージャーの指示に従います。

9.

制限時間内にチェックポイント（CP）を通過できなかったチームは、最後尾の待機位置に並びます。

10.

チャレンジに挑戦するチームはカウントダウンを開始し、チャレンジを開始します。

11. 

最初のチャレンジでは、機材の貸し借りは禁止されています。

2回目のチャレンジでは、機材の貸し借りは許可され、参加者全員が協力してアシストを行います。

12. 

2回目のチャレンジでは、すべてのチームが協力してCP通過を支援しますが、チーフマネージャーの指示に従わなければなりません。

13. 

各チームは、各CPで次のチームに順番を譲ることができます。

14. 

各チームは、いつでもドライバーとコ・ドライバーを交代できます。

その場合、チーフマネージャーに報告し、シートベルトを着用しなければなりません。 

15. 

休憩はチームの裁量でいつでも取ることができますが、全体のタイムスケジュールは必ず守ってください。

（食事、キャンプ、緊急時）

16.

上位3チームは、ゴール順で表彰されます。または、24時間後に順位が決定されます。

上位3チームは、グランドファイナルへの出場権を獲得します。

参加は任意であり、参加者は各自の費用を負担する必要があります。

棄権した場合、出場権は過去の優勝者または参加希望者に譲渡されます。

17.

緊急事態、自然災害、その他の不可抗力により、イベントが中止または延期される場合があります。

その場合、ウェブサイトまたはメールにてお知らせいたします。

参加者は、いかなる場合も異議を申し立てないことに同意するものとします。

返金について：

すべての場合において、返金は手数料を差し引いた後、指定の銀行口座に振り込まれます。

 18.

参加者は、チャレンジ中の飲酒、運営指示の無視または妨害、誹謗中傷行為を禁じられています。不適切な行為が発覚した場合は退場を求められ、その指示に従わなければなりません。損害賠償請求の対象となる場合があります。

19.

参加者は、いかなる理由であっても、会場から退場することができます。この場合、払い戻しは行われません。

20.

参加者は、安全装備を着用し、自己防衛および事故防止のための予防措置を講じなければなりません。

21.

チャレンジ車両が故障し、走行不能になった場合に限り、一時保管が可能です。ただし、安全上の理由から、保管は参加者自身の責任となります。

すべての参加者は、必要な保険に加入していなければなりません。

 23.

参加者全員は、組織委員会に連絡可能な緊急連絡先番号を提供しなければなりません。

24.

参加者全員は、組織委員会がいかなる事故に対しても責任を負わず、異議申し立てや訴訟を起こさないことに同意するものとします。

参加申込書を提出することにより、あなたはこれらを理解し、同意したものとみなされます。
